by LowClassCC on Apr.01, 2010, under Associated, Atomic Carbon, Bolink, Durango, Hyperdrive, Track / Shop
i finished the storage drawer units in the shop now. man do i have enough room to last me a little while at least. i also cleaned up the shop a little and sat out all of the rc fleet so everyone can see how it has grown. now to delays in posting the rc500 you see in the pics has been sold and is no longer in my possession. it has a new home with another collector.
Workshop Storage
by LowClassCC on Mar.30, 2010, under New Toys, Track / Shop
when working with rc cars you never have enough space to organize everything. well that is something i want to try to take care of before i start having storage space issues or one of those where did i put that part problems. so i have added more storage bins with pull out drawers. i have labeled some of the drawers so far and have a lot still to label and fill for that matter, but storage space i will not lack. i plan to fit as many of these units as i can in this area. so as you can see i’m not finished yet.
Black Box Photo’s
by LowClassCC on Oct.29, 2009, under Custom Made, Track / Shop
well i have learned how to correct the color problem when trying to photograph my rc vehicles. shot them in a black box. this really gives the real life look as opposed to the colors being way off as they have been in the past. worth the few bucks i spent buying the black foam boards.

GT Power RC Servo Tester
by LowClassCC on Jul.25, 2009, under New Toys, Track / Shop
I picked this up on ebay since i am always having to test out steering servos to see if they work or not. this way i can test the servo’s without turning on a radio. this tool can also be used to center a servo to its neutral position. when building a car that is something that has always been a pain to do without hooking up all the cars electronics and having a charged battery handy.
testing the item was fun. it worked flawlessly. the only issue i have with it is the led’s that they put in it when making it. they are simply just too damn bright. when looking at the device you can not read anything on it because of how bright the led’s are. i see a piece of electrical tape coming in handy for this thing.
all in all the device is great. works like it should. makes life easier. and looks cool to boot. i recommend that every one should have one in their pit box.
